Proofread screenplay, supplied sides to talent, and approved wardrobe.

Ordered lunch for all crew members, helped with new PA onboarding and training, tracked receipts, managed mail, purchased supplies, managed walkies, and made sure production tasks were completed such as vehicles are cleaned & fueled, crafty is stocked, and rooms are clean. Managed incoming and outgoing mail, helped update production calendar, tracked receipts, cleaned and restocked kitchens, production offices, green screen rooms, and mailrooms.

Trained new PAs, Trained onboarding PAs; set up and maintained sets, ensuring they were clean and functioning; ordered, set up, and cleaned up catering and crafty; ensured all field crews were furnished with complete AD kits, tools, walkies, and releases; monitored quantity of supplies and reordering; tracked down and found missing receipts; kept PAs informed of schedules, locations, and deadlines.

Secured funds, obtained script, hired crew and cast, scheduled shoots, secured locations. Stored, backed-up, transportrd, and maintained original raw video files. Labeled and scrubbed through footage, arranging clips on timelines to refine. Cleaned up audio and inserted it in timeline. Colour-corrected and produced project files. Planned website outline, posted schedule, and obtained post crew.

Office Production Assistant Black Ink Crew: Chicago (Season 6)

Organized story board for producers. Researched and got props approved by producers, providing accurate, nearby, and low-cost options. Shopped for props according to art department's layouts, bringing multiple options back if desired so that producers could have relevant choices to design from. Set up sets, including for photoshoots, maintained sets during shoots, and broke down and cleaned sets afterward. Collected releases and release photos and uploaded into BatchCapture database and Google Drive. Pre-ordered, set up, and cleaned up catering for crew and production teams. Booked cast and crew flights. Created Fed-Ex labels for shipping weekly cashet reports and shipped them. Ensured all field crews were furnished with proper blank releases. Managed call-sheet uploading into Google Drive. Troubleshot with post when releases were missing and found them on deadlines. Open and closed office, kept office clean, and monitored quantity of crafty and supplies.
