Coordinated scheduling with Indiana Guard Reserve regarding when and where we could shoot, obtained permission for specific shots, ensured all parties were released, planned shoots, transported proper equipment to and from military bases, ensured footage was safely transferred and stored for editor.

Schedule and plan lunches, work with PA team, set up interview rooms, lights, tripods, and power supplies, transported and wrangled cast, helped break down and load in and out of set.

In Adobe After Effects, import different image elements, resize and arrange according to director's notes, narration, and audio, and coordinate and prep graphics so that animator can work with them easily.

I sourced, organized, and arranged footage onto timeline, then cut commercial for client using their preferred cuts. Inserted music and voice over clips and did colouring.

Ordered lunch for all crew members, helped with new PA onboarding and training, tracked receipts, managed mail, purchased supplies, managed walkies, and made sure production tasks were completed such as vehicles are cleaned & fueled, crafty is stocked, and rooms are clean. Managed incoming and outgoing mail, helped update production calendar, tracked receipts, cleaned and restocked kitchens, production offices, green screen rooms, and mailrooms.

Trained new PAs, handled lunch orders on schedule, built and tore down set, ensured set continuity, found replacement PAs on short notice.

Held bounce boards, directed background actors, set up and maintained crafty, set up and tore down sets, loaded and unloaded grip trucks.

Collected releases and release photos and uploaded into BatchCapture database and Google Drive. Pre-ordered, set up, and cleaned up catering for crew and production teams. Booked cast and crew flights. Created Fed-Ex labels for shipping weekly cashet reports and shipped them. Ensured all field crews were furnished with proper blank releases. Managed call-sheet uploading into Google Drive. Troubleshot with post when releases were missing and found them on deadlines. Open and closed office, kept office clean, and monitored quantity of crafty and supplies.

During principal photography I loaded and unloaded the wardrobe truck, set up wardrobe department at holding, kept costumes organized, shopped for wardrobe, labeled costumes, dressed talent, cleaned and steamed costumes, helped adjust costumes on set, altered and laundered costumes, navigated and instructed talent, and also acted as junior costume coordinator by recording and organizing receipts, making cash and credit spreadsheets, and reconciling spending at the end of the shoot.

Stood at the front-of-house and checked in audience members by scanner, punched their tickets, and guided them to their venues. Kept an eye out for suspicious or dangerous activity, answered audience questions, and positively represented the event.

Assisted wardrobe department in dressing actors and adjusting mics.

Functioned as 2nd AC and PA. Slated, marked takes, transported equipment for camera crew, did runs, carried props and supplies to and from set, relayed messages via radio, prepared costumes, set up crafty tables, set up tents for base camp, purchased items for production, purchased and transported set dressing. Also transported and distressed items for wardrobe.
