• Budgeting and scheduling, hiring of crew, negotiating equipment costs, execution of location and talent agreements • Supervise crews, schedules and equipment when in the office and on set/location. • Liaise directly with Creative Directors, Post and Producers in order to develop and achieve creative goals • Provide shoot estimates based on established budgets and work with Line Producer to review these estimates on a need be basis • Schedule talent for shoots and work with Business Affairs to execute all necessary paperwork • Liaise with Finance and Account Management teams to process, track and log expenditures • Work with Line Producer and internal Safety/Security department on viability and risks for all locations with safety concerns • Obtaining Carnets and permits, all over the world

Oversee with Co-Executive, the development process and coordinate Producers. This role equally involves creative and management duties while being the liaison in all phases of production between Co-Exec, Producers and Line Managers to ensure that the creative vision is delivered and produced successfully. - Supervise and ensure that all storylines are produced in innovative and compelling ways while adhering to company’s policies and production quality standards. - Support line producers by managing workflow including, strategizing on how to operate efficiently, awareness of quotas and ensuring they are met, assigning shows to producers, confirming that all necessary legal paperwork meets all requirements before green lighting, all schedules and outlines are finished in a timely manner. Also, ensure that all payments for realtors, contributors, movers, etc., are clear and meet company protocol and deadlines - Confirm that all necessary legal paperwork meets all requirement - Create, oversee and manage department schedules in order to ensure deadlines while making sure that the creative vision is applied and that all assigned tasks are completed. - Training and supervising a team of producers, casting producers and casting assistants while delegating workload and troubleshooting and implementing effective solutions for problems.
