I worked closely with the first assistant director to facilitate operations on set.

As script supervisor I worked closely with the director to keep organized notes of scenes and maintain seamless continuity through the short film.

A fast paced finance and production environment in which I worked closely with the production staff two full time days per week. Responsibilities include reading and preparing coverage for 2-4 scripts per week, reviewing screeners, media communications, assisting with film festival preparations, answering telephones, general office and clerical work, and scanning and filing disclosure agreements.

I assisted the casting director with the creation and maintenance of a casting call, ran lines with actors during auditions, and followed up with call backs.

As script supervisor I communicated with the editor and director to provide meticulous script notes for post production. I also held a casting associate position on this film assisting the casting director with developing a casting call, greeting actors and ran lines during the audition, and following up with call backs.

As a production assistant I helped with blocking scenes, running errands for producers, and transporting actors to and from set.

As a member of a small crew my duties extended beyond script supervisor. In addition to closely maintaining continuity I assisted with set and strike of equipment, blocking and rehearsal of scenes, and general on set tasks.

As a member of this bilingual production team, my main responsibility was making edits and notes to the script throughout filming. I also assisted with the set up and strike of equipment and general production tasks.
