Operate the portable monitor. Mainly stay on the football field with Holly Rowe. Made sure she could see the plays when she needed to broadcast. Make sure the monitor batteries were changed during halftime. Help strike once we wrapped.

I operated the light panel. Wherever the sports broadcast went I would have to make sure the light was on and ready for interviews.

Calibrate drones. Lined them up. Input/output the batteries.

Gathered talent to enter press conference during Essence Fest (before or after performance). Let press know when celebrity would be arriving.

Live stream the competition. Insert team and location on the screen. Cut to when it was time to run commerical during breaks. Made sure audio was up and running well. Pre-production I ran cables.

Pick up rental (production van). Go to rental shop and pick up tables and chairs, and film equipment. I drove to gulfport international airport to pick up the DP. We traveled to Wiggins, Mississippi. I made a crafty run to Walmart. The mornings we filmed I would make a coffee run, fill the ice chest with ice, load the van. Head to Perkinston, Mississippi where we filmed. I would set up craft, as well as lunch tables. Some of my other daily duties would be to take lunch orders in addition to picking them up. Breakdown tables and load up van. I would assist other crew members when needed. When it was time to make a special trip for the producer I would do so.

This project was centered around food. The focus was black features month a well known food journalist discussed topics with the chef. Outside of film I’m a food and drink blogger. I used my connects with the restaurants owners to allow us to film in their establishments. I also made a crafty run. I assisted the DP with equipment. I know the city like the back of my hand…. I am an expert at location scouting. I was happy to help with selecting locations for the shoot.

I directed the video. The locations were selected by me, I cast it one of the actors who played one of the cops. I filmed the video.

Drive crew to set.

Pick up florals for shoot. Place lunch orders and pick up, assist Producer. Once the film location was cleared (air b n b) made sure the space was up to par.

Load in and load out The Joy Theater. Set up crafty area, order lunches & pick up. Run cables at the venue. I was a seat filler since the there were a few vacant seats during the show.

Get releases, signed by people who would be on lookers while filming. Pick food up from the caterers at loading dock set up lunch. organize the crafty station. Keep ice chest filled with beverages and ice (outdoor filming). Charge walkie-talkie batteries at charging station. Assist with load in and load out. Report to crew hotel and load up the vans with equipment. Fire watch film equipment.

Pick up crafty, set up crafty station, bring camera Krewe snacks and beverages on field. Pick up lunch and make runs to the box where announcers would be. Break down tables. Running in the field

Pick up cargo van from Enterprise. Select locations for b-roll. Help set up equipment. Round up talent for interviews (people on the streets) for yum yum (taste test and give input). Make sure people signed consent forms. Suggest restaurants. Assisted crew wherever needed.

I did the social media takeover for Zion Williams of the New Orleans Pelicans event featuring Big Z (Zion’s prodigy) with Footlocker’s House of Hoops. This was a collaboration with Jordan Brand.

Picked up 15 passenger van from U-Save in Jackson, Mississippi. Drove from Jackson, Mississippi to Memphis Tennessee. Drove crew from Memphis to Batesville, MS back to Memphis. Then drove from Memphis to Starkville, MS to Ridgeland, MS.

I drove production van from Jackson, Mississippi to Memphis, Tennessee. Made crafty baskets to go inside of each van. I would drive the crew to various cities around Mississippi where filming took place. Assist crew with set up. Made sure crew stayed hydrated while filming outdoors. Took lunch orders and picked up and arranged at base camp.

Errand runs (craft/supply pick up), drop off supplies at hotel, pick up talent car from Enterprise, drive talent. Personal helper to talent. I fire watched the equipment while the rest of crew was at lunch. I coordinated with a chef on crew lunch.

Go on the field run errands. Pick up talent. Pass out water and crafty to crew. Assist the grip department with equipment. Order/pick up lunch orders.

Assist with event set up and break down at the Virgin Hotel. Assist the producers with whatever was needed at hand. I set up the celebrity lunch, assisted with the florist. Packaging all of the decour.

Ran errands in the field. Pick up lunch orders, purchase supplies for set, fill up gas tank for the grip guys. Set up crafty table.

Assist segment producer. I took notes (timecode + app), watch the monitor and make sure everything runs smoothly. I also took stills on set. I also would go on the field when needed.

Go in the field and make errands, spearheaded with crew, X bystanders at film locations to sign releases for film, errand run.

General errands (lunch ordering/pick up, assist crew loading gear, go shopping for crafty & supplies). Pick up and drop off talent, help set up on set, assist wherever in need of an extra hand.

I’m the piece to the puzzle for production. I make sure production runs smoothly and efficiently. I attend to cast and crew needs. I oversaw travel coordination for out of town cast and crew. I maintained a budget sheet pre, during, and post production. Handled locations and coordinated with facility owners. Order lunch, dinner, and craft services. Choose talent wardrobe.

Correspond with facility/homeowners to secure locations. Give home owners releases.

Covid test actors, sanitize facilities, high touch point it’s on surfaces. Make sure cast and crew social distance.

Hand select actors for webseries.

Book hotel and or air b n b for talent. Book flights and get them a Uber or driver when reporting to set.

Assist on set, pick up/drop off film rental equipment. Coordinate lunch/dinner orders….pick up.

Assisting on set, driving vehicles, running errands in the field (Fed EX, DHL, etc), office duties when needed, get lunch orders/pick up lunch.

Found locations for the short film. See if the director approves or not.

Stepped up to the plate when the core actress fell through. I had to get my actors who were on standby.

Make sure production run smoothly. Check on all the crew that was involved with the project.

Provide N 95 makes,Hand sanitizer, Disinfectant wipes, Hand wipes, Responsible for having cast/crew fill out covid related forms. Take temperature checks at arrival on set,Sanitizing high touch points, Assisting booking test, Maintain a safe working environment for cast & crew, follow safety protocol.

I was the driver for the director. I also filmed behind the scenes on the go pro.

I found a location for the production, and served as an Production Manager I assisted where needed.

Communicate with the new owner, and run errands and assistance on sets.
