Finding fitting cast members to suit the roles for Harcourt Real Estate commercials. Interviewing/ Scheduling them for shoot days, and preparing them appropriately.

In charge of contestants voted off the island. During down days I would coordinate outings for them; snorkeling, hiking, ziplining, island visiting. Guided and prepared cast through wardrobe checks, interviews, audio, on camera expectations ect. Ensured all cast were 100 percent camera ready and prepared to travel to "Tribal" night every 2 days.

Preparing and assembling three C300 cameras each morning before shooting Handling all other assistant camera work as well as; In charge of rigging and watching our five GoPros in cast vehicles, bakery, and shoot locations In charge of shooting Broll in the back of bakery with GoPros, Sony A7 and Canon Mark II. Prepping and micing cast for daily challenges Scheduling appointments and flights for cast Working closely with producers during cast interviews and challenges on locations Taking care of any cast requests or daily needs

Applying fire extinguishers, neck braces, snake gator’s and helmets in cast off road vehicles Prepping cast for interviews before and after each race Organizing cast flights and hotels for each episode Ensuring all cast wear appropriate clothing and mic’d for filming Ensuring cast follows all rules and regulations before and during filming

Setting up and preparing cameras; Setting up and striking lighting; loading and unloading gear

Assisting and preparing all cast members with their daily schedule, directing cast members to OTF's and challenges, coordinating with wardrobe to ensure cast is wearing appropriate clothing on camera, working closely with audio so ensure cast is mic'd appropriately before challenges, ensuring all cast members have all needs met for their living circumstances, preparing and guiding cast members for camera shot cues

Driving crew to desired locations, accomplishing 100 + releases each shoot day, filing and ensuring all releases and area releases were accounted for, working closely with camera department when needed, ensuring all gear was accounted for in each production van, charging pegs when needed, running personal errands for production, greeking for each shoot day, checking monitors and ensuring all people in shot were released and all logos were greeked.

Picking up and dropping off cast to desired locations, keeping the cast vehicles spotless with a filled tank, working with producers on special projects, loading and unloading production trucks and cast belongings, organizing and stocking casts living area, restocking Krafty supplies, meeting the needs of every crew members request
