I made sure all of the contestants were well taken care of by managing the food and beverage table in their area. I then would assist the lead production assistant with various responsibilities including driving the travel van to deliver and drop-off contestants and some audience members. Whenever asked I would assist with audience parking and directing guest to shuttle buses. Lastly I picked up co-workers from various departments and drop them off at set. At times my supervisor Mike Maganya, would ask me to help set-up tents and tables in the eating areas for crew members and contestants. I would also run errands. For example, I would go and pick up lunch for certain crew members that ordered takeout or I would make a store run into Office Depot to grab more office supplies.

I ran errands and also assisted with anything the producers or director needed.

The normal duties of a production assistant. I had to have very great communication skills with all departments. I also assisted the camera department with daily set-ups;in addition, I would do the same thing for the lighting department. I worked very closely with director Deon Taylor and director of photography (John T. Connor). Lastly, I ran errands and loaded/unloaded various pieces of equipment from the production truck/van to the set.

I assited the director, Rock Jacobs, with daily task and duties. I would run errands, make coffee and carry equipment. I also did script breakdowns for him everyday before we shot. Last but not least, I was available to help every department if they needed an extra-hand.

My daily task and responsibilities would be to help crew members with errands and audience management. I then worked the front desk in the main office. I would answer phone calls and take messages if needed. At the end of each tape day, I would make copies of all the footage shot that day and I would deliver them to various offices/departments located around the studio, so the footage could be reviewed etc.

During taping I was in charge of collecting all the XD Cams and making copies of the dailies and delivering them to all producers, the director and other various departments.

I prepared daily marketing reports and edited screenplays for product placement (mainly Skyy Vodka). I reported directly to the owner, Steve Moore.
