Responsible for overall aesthetics and product visuals on set, directing team members and steering the content down a path of inclusion. Manage photographer, wardrobe stylist and audio engineering to fit product development needs. Direct point of contact regarding all content going live on streaming services- including the management of all data uploaded into content management services. Overseeing the end product visual and final outcome of programming. Pitch and produce specialty programs, content and adjustments needed to previous programs and content in CMS. Talent Manager in acting support for all Talent needs on scheduled shoot days. Provides production solutions and troubleshooting any day of hiccups in regards to playlisting, production scheduling, set design, lighting design and wardrobe discrepancies. Management of all content and product development needs, proactive mindset and a desire to excel. Responsible for orchestrating program call times for our editor, designated cues for workout music, and teleprompter scripts and content for interviews. Photograph produced segments utilizing a Panasonic LUMIX in RAW and JPG formats and editing as necessary via Photoshop and Adobe Bridge. Maintain quality assurance for all workouts after appearing live on the application and tablet. Research specialists and organize their appearances for “Mat Chats'' while serving as their primary point of contact. Book travel arrangements for coaches, influencers, and specialists if needed and create email copy sent to specialists during bookings. Upload all workout scripts into the content management system as well as being the lead point of contact for all additional content and marketing needs for specialty workout programs. Lead point of contact for all CMS related issues including but not limited to Photo requirements and needs. Managing Master Metadata spreadsheets for specifics on content filmed. Pitch new content for MYX Media, workouts taped, as well as steadily creating new systems with Marketing and Content teams for asset requests ultimately enhancing day to day workflow
