Set up/tear down each filming location, stand in, pack up/unload cube trucks, set up/tear down lunch, go on necessary runs

Stand by on set/watch contestants, coordinate contestant lunches, go on necessary runs, clean contestant holding rooms, walk contestants to/from holding rooms and set.

Walk contestants to/from holding room and stage, answer questions contestants may have, help contestants through the registration process online, assist contestant supervisor with paperwork, coordinate contestants/acts backstage ex. giving each act a # sticker, bringing acts to/from interviews backstage, keeping acts in order to go on stage.

Call each contestant's hotel room to assure they were awake & ready, walk each separate contestant to & from breakfast. Load in and drive each contestant from hotel to set (35 min. drive), arrange lunch orders for contestants and casting PA's, wardrobe checks, keep cast on ICE during film breaks, walk contestants to/from set & contestant holding, help arrange contestant flights, handle call times and lunch times for PA's, attend production meetings, keep detailed lists of films days, contestant needs, etc., arrange contestant skype calls/calls to home.

Safely transport crew to and from set/filming locations, Stand In, clean/organize production office, clean crew areas including the set, walk contestants to and from holding rooms, set, wardrobe, etc. load and unload production vehicles, cube trucks, etc., pick up/return equipment.

Safely transport crew to and from set/filming locations, walk celebrity guests to/from dining room, Stand In, clean/organize production office, clean crew areas including executive control rooms & the dining room, complete needed runs, help with testing of new challenges for contestants, help set up/clean up rewards and punishments for contestants ex. dumpster diving, private jet rides, etc. Participate in wrap-out duties including tearing down of the set and multiple work places, cleaning the entire sound stage, returning equipment.
