Researched possible contestants for various Food Network shows, including Kids BBQ Championship and Chopped Junior. Organized outreach in excel sheets, wrote pitch sheets, and followed up with all applicants. Also helped with casting Chopped Junior 7 and Bakers vs. Fakers.

Locked down various locations, fire-watched, background actor assistance, trash sweeps

Conducted fact checking and detailed research for Investigation Discovery shows in production, returned costume and equipment rentals, aided on set, and organized the annual company picnic. Filed NDAs and other production paperwork as needed. Handled general office upkeep, including stocking the kitchen, re-organizing the supplies closet, transferring phone calls to employees, greeting guests and signing for packages, mailing packages, and delivering payroll.

Drove 15 passenger van, locked down set while rolling, kept track of actors, aided art department with set dressing and load up, crafty set up and breakdown

Conducted research for upcoming season’s contestants using a wide variety of resources, including chef contacts, on-foot outreach in the local NYC area, news articles, food blogs, and nationwide outreach via phone. Organized spreadsheets for assigned areas, kept up-to-date notes on all outreach conversations, emailed various restaurants and chefs information on how to apply and compete. Took notes during in-person and Skype interviews, noting time code and best sound bites to be used during the editing process. Created onesheets.

Posted casting calls on Backstage, contacted actors and gave them their pages, set up audition date and got coffee and bagels for actors and directors who were at the audition. Recorded auditions. Handled paperwork.

Aided in the researching of and outreach to potential cast members for various Leftfield productions including the new FOX show “American Grit” starring John Cena. Sat in on and contributed to weekly Leftfield development brainstorms for VH1, Animal Planet, TruTV, Discovery Channel, Nickelodeon, and Refinery29, while also pitching original ideas to the development team. Wrote treatments for shows in development, created loglines and reviewed and proofread television breakdowns and treatments. Organized research and contact information for both Casting and Development teams, strung together clips in Avid, fact checked information, and found footage and music to be included in various sizzles

Coordinated equipment requests, inspected gear, handled check ins and check outs, put packages together that were scheduled to go out, filed student information.

Had meetings with producers and director about their vision for the film. Purchased props. Created set backgrounds and provided set decoration. Fake blood and other make up. Sewing and various forms of costume creation.
