• Promote daily newscasts and special news reports for the 5, 6, 9 and 10 p.m. newscasts • Using Adobe Creative Cloud software as well as Grass Valley Edius software • Shoot with a Canon C100 Mark II and Sony PXW – FS5 camera, portable LED lights, and more • You will work closely with the newsroom and will create promos that are used across multiple platforms • Video production - including writing, shooting and editing • work under tight deadlines in a fast pace environment

• Directing, producing, filming and editing talk show Girl Talk on a weekly basis • Directing, filming, and editing the daily weather • Responsible for creating regular video post updates for social media • Produce in-house commercials and promotions for clients • Responsible for studio and field productions and post-production assignments, including camera operation, some scriptwriting, some set decorating, editing, and lighting • Production and editing TV shows using green screen • Production of promos for sports, prime, syndicated, and locally produced programming • Creation of advertisements for business cards, flyers, and bus signs

• As Production Assistant: setting up cameras and microphones for live streaming productions, talk shows and remote productions, making sure all equipment is functioning properly, operating cameras and audio mixers • As Assistant Director: Providing floor direction for show hosts and guests, liaison between show hosts, guests and control room during talk shows, tracking time and providing time cues to show hosts, troubleshooting technical issues on set, operating teleprompter • As Technical Director: Training new crew members in set up and studio best practices, setting up specialized lighting, operating lighting board and switcher under the producer-director’s supervision
