Lead a multi-city production team that staged 13 live broadcast locations, and 87 receiving sites across the continental US, servicing 15,000 students, both on site and via the internet, daily. Responsible for the recruitment, training, and hiring of on-site technical and production personnel, creation of nationwide master schedules, booking and coordination of studios and locations, management of technical facilities, operational and technical troubleshooting, and overall production quality. Managed a $1,500,000 budget, annually; including allocating personnel costs, technical expenses, location fees, equipment, travel charges, recruitment, and incidental expenses.

Responsible for featured talent on site and travel logistics, including lodging, scheduling, ground transportation, artist rider, interview sessions, travel and meals. Coordinated with Event Operations, Artist Relations, Stage Managers, Pyrotechnics, Dance Troops, and Hair and Makeup teams to ensure talent timing, safety, happiness, and comfort levels were met.
