Responsible for processing POs, invoicing payments, and tracking the department's budget. Assembled vendor proposals and tracked purchase deliveries and rental returns. Obtained the legal clearance for the usage of artwork and product placement negotiated to appear on screen.

Accommodated the Production Designer with pitching treatment arrangements and visual art displays. Researched aesthetic concepts while obeying design objectives and considering clearance boundaries. Provided logistics and organized expenditures, allowing the department to perform on time and budget. Supported the Art Department Coordinator with continuity references and cross-checking. Assembled storyboards reflecting key-frame previsualization and stunt routines for picture accuracy. Attended tech scouts to survey, photograph, and create work notes for the departmental requirements.

Supported the Prop Master during prep by sourcing and constructing required props. Upheld the property department by physically handling the props on set, including resets and organized storage. Responsible for buying, customizing, and overseeing all departmental demands during the shooting schedule.

Assisted the Art Director and Prop Master with the dressing and striking of each shooting location and constructed set.
