Contestant Manager Coordinate studio activities of contestants Provide information to applicants concerning show objectives, show format and screens applicants for compliance with needs of show and establish rules. Keep file of applicants and arrange call-back for production. Perform other personal services, such as attending to needs and comforts of applicants, briefing applicants on studio procedures and reviewing rules of show.

Assisted the Senior Producers in all phases.  Talent coordination and scheduling (CNCO – La Banda winners).  Dancer coordinator for live musical.  Movement sheet coordinator during the live event.

Dancers Coordinator Weekly schedule for main choreographer and dancers. Assistant to main choreographer. Coordinate music numbers for dancer's choreographies. Coordinate rehearsal schedules for each competitor and dancers throughout the 3 venues. Coordinate and schedule dress fittings for dancers. Deliver dancers time sheets to production. Producer in charge of dancers for live shows.

Act as a most direct liaison between the talent and the production team.  Meet the talent when they arrive, be with them during their entire time at the venue, and escort them out when they are finished.  Having in depth-knowledge of the venue.  Confident in knowing where the talent must be at all times and how to get them there.  Assist talent coordinator to train, direct or supervise new talent escort. Assist dressing rooms coordinator with the logistics.
