Built and maintained production studio and resources. Lead production on in-studio as well as field location shoots. Developed production best practices and workflows. Directed on-screen talent and regularly held auditions to expand our talent pool. Coordinated with motion graphic designers and art department from pre-production through to delivery. Worked directly with clients including Capital One, DDB, and Walmart to conceptualize, produce, and deliver custom content. Produced over 1000 high-quality workforce training videos as well as a variety of marketing and promotional material including sizzle reels, viral content, and client testimonial videos. Trained team members in order to enable numerous production units.

Directed, Shot, and Edited a social media campaign for Jose Cuervo Tequila entitled 'Dropped Cocktails'. Filmed with a Phantom High speed camera, we dropped full drinks through the air and had them smash on the ground. We then played this back in super-slow motion and added the names specifics of the recipe as the drink fell, thus teaching how to make the drink. We created 14 videos total which were distributed across Jose Cuervo's Instagram, Youtube, and Facebook pages.

Maintained and distributed production equipment to clients who would book our sound stages. Served as ad-hoc production assistant and runner both the studio and client productions. Clients included MTV, IFC, PBS, HBO, as well as various feature productions including 'The Good Shephard' (2006), and 'Jumper'(2008).
