Main support for Butler Cabin. Set up green room and set. Responsible for crafty and arranging meals for Butler Cabin crew and talent. Provide direct support to Producer and assisted with any and all needs. Transport Butler cabin crew, talent, executives and guests to and from tv compound and other areas of Augusta National. Work in coordination with CBS Sports Production Management and Augusta National to arrange green jacket ceremony. Provide Butler Cabin tours to members of Augusta National, executives, other tv crew, talent and guests.

Manages broadcast booth and studio show. Help facilitate all segments of productions to help ensure quality and efficiency. Communicate with Associate Director, Lead Tech, in areas of need, status, and show program information. Ensure cleanliness of all areas of work spaces. Support talent and ensure needs are met. Manages members of the Production crew and Greenroom staff.

Assist the Production Manager with preparation for the various events’ broadcasts by completing set needs; including organizing credentials, setting up catering areas and office spaces, purchasing items and escorting talent and special guests.

 Create and coordinate various work tasks such as ensuring paperwork is completed for support staff, contacting catering for needs and the correct information for guests is organized and provided.

Recruit support staff for Production Manager to assist during broadcasts. 

Collaborate with production supervisors to understand their goals and develop an event strategy that supports their business needs.
