Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the entire project. ➢ Create production pipelines and processes to streamline the lifecycle of our projects to meet the budgets and timelines. ➢ Work closely with the heads of every department (Ideation/Scripting, Preproduction, Production and Postproduction) to ensure that the standards and goals in terms of production value and creative aspects are met. ➢ Review and approve/rejects tasks at different stages of the project process. ➢ Coordinate and supervise vendors to keep a check on the outsourced work.
