I communicate with the different team's crew members to arrange flights by their travel preferences. I book flights and hotels, update travel documents, build ground transportation plans, and arrange catering for events. Also, at the events, I act as the "Pilot Wrangler" to transport them from their hotels to the site, and see that they stick to our shooting schedule.

I act as a brand ambassador for a local company that handles studios for marketing and promotion of their films in local markets. I attend promotional and grass roots events, pre-screenings, trade screenings, and assist with market research.

Assisted with releasing guests and members of the media attending the opening event of the Cincinnati Wahlburgers location. Having Mark Wahlberg as being the special quest and highlight of the episode, I also saw to crowd control. Also, I helped with transportation of the crew and equipment to and from location.

I assisted the DP with setting up and lighting every scene, staging and moving the tripod and slider, swapping lenses and cards, and operating the camera on a should mount at times.

Setting up craft services, assisting the DP and grip with moving and setting up lighting and camera equipment, and assisting on all other production needs.

I did the processing of purchase orders, petty cash envelopes, cashét envelopes, and pulling sides. General filing, shipping, coping, scanning, ordering, and organization. I also did runs to set and from set.

On set, I assisted with setting up craft services, taking out trash, doing runs, and any other general production needs that arose. I also was assigned to the art department and the production office on different days. For art, I helped to built and greek props. While working in the production office I made copies, scanned and filed documents, and assisted in other office and organizational duties.

Staged lighting, moved equipment, set up and maintained craft services, and drove crew from location to location.

Within the locations department, I assisted the locations and assistant locations managers with troubleshooting on site as well as ensuring the maintenance and protection of every location. My specific duties included providing floor mats, trash and bathroom facilities, as well as any other need that arose on set.

My duties included building the camera, swapping lenses, changing the battery and mag, setting up sticks, sliders, and operating the glidecam. I also assisted with moving lights and other grip equipment.

Setting up craft services, assisting the DP and grip with moving and setting up lighting and camera equipment, and assisting on all other production needs.

Acted as assistant camera operator/ camera PA during a three-day press conference event at P&G. My duties included assisting two camera operators, both using Red cameras, in switching out lenses, providing fresh batteries and mags and switching mounts/ tripods. I also set up and adjusted lights as needed, and moved equipment from location to location.

Duties included setting up pop-up tents for camera and grip department, providing trash receptacles and removing trash from set, checking over and cleaning locations before moving to the next, and any other general productions tasks that were called for.

Assisting the director with logistical and production related issues in pre-production and production, such as securing locations and crew during pre-production and keeping the production on schedule during the actual shoot.

During set building, I acted as general PAs to help on set with any tasks that were asked of us such as building and placing signs for branding, cleaning up the set, placing signage for the audience and crew, and driving drone pilots and celebrity guests from the airport to the set or their hotels. During the production, my job was to go out onto the drone racing course to retrieve crashed drones or drones from the finish line and bring them back to the pit crew. I also assisted the pit crew with organizing drones, dismantling damaged drones, removing their batteries and Go-Pros, and helping the Go-Pro managers as well. After the production was over I once again acted as a general PA and helped break down the set and clean up the location.

As a locations production assistant, I helped to provide box fans, pop-up tents, mats, air conditioning units, and trash receptacles on set. I also helped to remove trash from set and generally keep the location clear of all garbage, as well as clean up any extra messes that may have happened at any given location (such as fake blood in the shower from a murder scene). I also generally helped to solve any problems that any departments ran into in regards to the location, and also helped provide or indicate where bathroom facilities were at any given location.

My duties included slating, pulling focus, assisting with lens changes, and moving lights and other grip equipment.

I was responsible for slating each take and assisting the script supervisor with keeping track of each take and the types of lenses used for each one. I also assisted the DP and first assistant camera operator with moving the camera and camera equipment.

I assisted in locking down locations on days of shooting car chase scenes, and then assisted the art/ props department on another day to reassemble a set in-between takes. I also generally provided any assistance that was asked of me around set.
