Serve as the direct liaison to Lead Production Manager and Technical Director. Keeping time of deliveries, installs, and outside vendor relations. Overseeing craft services and catering to ensure breaks are set on time and assisting caterers with set up and delivery. Sourcing and procuring of any last minute items needed. Responsible for set up and running of backstage area during show. Managing other PA's.
