o challenge himself - always pushing his skills forward. He excels in preproduction and he’s always well prepared creatively and logistically. Israel's first feature film as a DP, “Woodstock or Bust,” was was a very impressive debut showcasing a great 1969 period look. He deservedly won Best Cinematography at the LA Indie Festival for that film. Quite an achievement.
