Amber Ellis

I oversee the physical production of multiple projects simultaneously in development, production, and post production. I liaise with networks and unions and supervise all aspects of production to ensure shows run smoothly. I collaborate with producers, line producers and creative executives to offer assessments on budgets, production plans, and schedules, including feedback on production risks. I oversee the budgeting of productions, including generating cash flows and tracking cost reports for every production. I assist productions with diversity and inclusion in staffing. Most recently, I built the company COVID-19 health and safety protocols and worked with union/guilds and networks to implement on each production.
