Michelle: My Life, a spinoff of the hit reality series Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. • Lead daily film operations and manage call sheets, ensuring filming is completed on-time and under budget. • Support Production Manager and Line Producer by communicating updates and escalating issues. • Negotiate with vendors/suppliers to book and utilize crew, secure equipment, as well as provide on-set services. • Delegate tasks to Productions Assistants and Coordinators, such as ordering set supplies and coordinating travel. • Obtain legal releases, permissions and non-disclosure agreements in support of Rights & Clearance department. Manage set load-in/load-out and draft project documents such as grids, waterfall calendars and crew assignments.

Hired by the shows producers in LA to manage a shoot here in Atlanta. Responsible for booking crew and ordering and securing the delivery and return of all the gear. Also in charge of transportation for the shoot. Created the shoot schedule and call sheet and organized the crew for the production. Produced on-site production for Carpool Karaoke. Managed the petty cash and reconciled receipts from the shoot. Created shoot reports of the captured footage and provided for post production use. Responsible for file transfer back to the LA office.
