Developed an organization system to track all incoming and outgoing shipments, character closest, and assets. Managed department calendar for fittings, filming, and studio pulls as well as size charts of all talent. Coordinated with West Coast buyer on all shipments as well as timely return of studio pulls. Set up fitting rooms and catered to talent’s needs during fittings. Sized and sorted clothing stock as well as organized character closets and corresponding paperwork for sale at show’s wrap

Researching experts and contacting them for their participation in the segment. Keeping students on schedule with all filming and editing. Preparing interview questions and making sure students were informed on the material being discussed. Holding editing hours to ensure that students were creating pieces that lived up to PBS set standards.

Collaborated with 150 students to produce a two hour live broadcast of the 2016 election results. As a Co-Director, I worked on the rundown of the show, assisted and all segments groups with content and research, and kept various parties on-task to fulfill strict deadlines. Additionally, I held editing hours weekly where I assisted groups with editing their audio and visuals on Adobe Premier. As a Bullpen Analyst, I displayed my effective communication skills by offering insights derived from heavy research. As a Segment Producer, I collaborated with a partner to produce an informative and unbiased video segment. I conducted on-camera interviews with experts and was responsible for editing the segment together.
