As Gaffer on "Relieving the Past", I oversaw all electrical and lighting aspects. "Relieving the Past" is a ghost story/drama about the importance of family and finding closure. On this short film, I had a great time working with the Director of Photography to create a domestic but dramatic and haunting look to that would visually define the characters' experiences. "Relieving the Past" is my second Gaffer credit.
Summary
My skills range from proficiency in various forms of media production such as live multi-camera, narrative filmmaking, and photography. I highly enjoy contributing to the lighting/camera department on film and photo sets as well as post-production color.

As Gaffer of "Battle of the Ads" I oversaw all electrical and lighting aspects of the film. Production lasted for three months and the film is a comedy about the reward of an ethical approach to corporate competition as well as the failure that comes with an unethical approach to get ahead. "Battle of the Ads" is centered around an office space and various others environments that serve as drug-induced dream sequence locations for the main character. Gaffing this film was a rigorous but interesting experience, as the locations needed to feel very distinct from each other. "Battle of the Ads" is my first Gaffer credit.

Camera Operator (Canon 80D) – Castle Hill - 2017
Film (Short) Details

"Castle Hill" is a short documentary that raised awareness of the Hope Gallery graffiti wall located in Austin, Texas when it was announced to be moved to another location. The wall is historical landmark and a special place for many and we wanted to do everything we could to save the wall, as that specific location meant a lot to the residents of Austin. I was a Second Unit Camera Operator on this production and worked with the camera crew to shoot b-roll. "Castle Hill" was selected to be a part of the Frame 4 Frame Film Festival in Arlington, Texas.
