Owner: Our 3 anchor clients were Tire Kingdom, Dillard’s Department Stores and HSN. For Dillard's I created and produced a weekly associate training program that ran for 12 years. I worked closely with dozens of apparel vendors and buyers to develop programs for store associates including: sales incentive programs, merchandising guidelines, product information and add-on sales tips. For Tire Kingdom I produced TV Commercials and countless vender education videos, from shocks & struts to chrome wheels and just about everything in between. I also produced their annual corporate meeting. At HSN my job was to write and produce TV spots for HSN and their partnership clients, which were: Visa, 1-800 Flowers, ADT Home Security, Columbia House Home Movies and Diner's Club. I worked closely with both parties to develop special offers for HSN customers.
