Live Events • Produced filming of 7 live concerts from multiplex arenas and casinos to intimate concert halls. Organized all aspects: from logistics, crew, audience and security to celebrity and entourage accommodations to/from venue including celeb rider. Negotiated all fees, permits and vendors sales. Multiple camera shoot with cranes, jibs, drones. • Produced filming of live Las Vegas event at Luxor with Josh Altman “Flip for Life”. Recruited audience for testimonials, liaised with hotel and organizers, directed run and gun interviews with attendees. Conference Events Director of International Imago Therapy Conference. 6 years. Set up registration and fee pay system, liaise with attendees and workshop leaders, research and secure conference and key note speakers. Responsible for day to day scheduling of events and extra curricular activities. Hired all staff, volunteers and daily morning speakers. Oversaw marketing and advertising, responsible for budget, bookstore, opening and closing ceremonies. Negotiated hotel, AV services and audio taping sales. 3,000 US and international attendees.
