As the production coordinator at Wild Sky Media, I orchestrate AV production for all Wild Sky brands (CafeMom, Mom.com, LittleThings, Mamas Latinas, Revelist). Our ComScore is 10.6M uniques, plus we have 1B monthly impressions, and 103M social followers. I manage and track our annual production budget of approximately $100K. I identify, hire, and manage contracts for 5 – 15 freelance crew members per shoot. On set, I am the certified Covid-19 leader, time, crew, and vendors (location, equipment, catering) manager. I coordinate all aspects of pre-production management on all shoots, including but not limited to: contract management for crew and talent, call sheets, crafty, props, equipment rental, COIs, child performer permits, location agreements, and car rentals. We created 2 sponsored custom videos for Target Baby with 2 shoot days, 15 crew members, and 10 talent selects. We also created 3 custom sponsored videos for HBO MAX with 3 shoot days, 3 different locations, 5 crew members, and 3 different talent selects. In 2020, I won a Webby Award as the production coordinator for "Greatness of Girls" in the category of Diversity & Inclusion. I coordinate 3 podcast series with 1 recording each per week. As the coordinator, I execute contract management and invoice processing for crew and talent, create call sheets, and schedule catering. I also identified a PR vendor to support our marketing objectives and strategies for our podcasts. I execute contract management and invoice processing for Truth Bomb Mom, and its bilingual counterpart series, Mamas Sin Filtros, both vlog style series which tell the honest truth about motherhood. We deliver 10 videos per month, and within those, I manage pitch + delivery deadlines and payment schedules for 10 influencer moms.

As the lead in house production assistant at Wild Sky Media (formerly titled Rock You Media), I assisted our executive producer with the transition of all freelancers, vendors, and budgets through a company acquisition. I managed and tracked our budget for each shoot and tracked our monthly production budget. I assisted with all pre-production tasks on all shoots, including but not limited to: contract management and processed invoices for freelance crew members, call sheets, crafty, props, equipment rental, COIs, location agreements, and car rentals. While on set, I was the craft services coordinator and prop manager. I also made sure everyone showed up to set on time. We created 2 custom sponsored videos for Amazon Echo with 2 shoot days, 10 crew members, and 2 talent selects. We also created multiple custom videos for Walmart with 3 shoot days, 10 crew members, and 1 talent select. Our editorial shoots consisted of a series called "I Decided" with 6 shoot days, 6 locations, 5 crew members, and 6 talent selects. Another series of ours, Organiza Mi Vida, consisted of 3 shoot days, 5 crew members, and 3 talent selects. Finally, our series Baby 101 consisted of 2 shoot days, 5 crew members, and 2 talent selects. With our editorial vlog series, Truth Bomb Mom, I executed contract management and invoice processing. I also participated in talent outreach to expand our talent network for the series. For our Mamas Latinas brand with 2 bilingual hosts, I was the wardrobe stylist. Mamas Latinas engages with bilingual women on all things Latina.

At LittleThings, a start up digital media company with 12 million followers, I coordinated prop acquisition and set staging for 8 Facebook Watch shows. I prepared and styled food, designed the set and arranged flowers for “Hostess Next Door,” a weekly cooking show. I was also the wardrobe stylist for “The Daily Glow,” a daily morning show with 3 hosts. Finally, I helped organize our extensive prop room, and became the prop room manager.
