Responsibilities included tracking story, planning shoots, clearing locations, logging, writing hot sheets and beat sheets, managing releases, and working closely with talent in and out of the field.

In-house associate producer responsible for assisting with every stage of the development process for various unscripted shows. Responsibilities include sourcing, casting, and interviewing talent, editing casting reels and sizzles in Premiere, creating one-sheets and pitch decks, and researching potential show concepts.

Collected and managed releases, took story notes, logged at-home cast footage, and worked with culinary producers to manage supplies for cast. Managed movement of talent during filming to maintain competition integrity and COVID safety protocols.

Coordinated with producers to manage the cast of a large-scale stage show on set and at the hotel. Provided daily cast updates to producers to assist with tracking story when off set.

Full time PA responsible for assisting with daily operations of an unscripted production company with a large slate of projects in development and production. Assisted story department in pulling and marking footage using Avid. On-set responsibilities included taking story notes, talent wrangling, and liaising between producers, talent, and production.
