Completed any detail work on scenic after tech rehearsals. Cleaned and maintained the scenic shop, crafted and created new scenic elements as needed, facilitated repairs on existing scenic elements, detail painting and work for the prop department, steaming and sewing for additional prop and scenic elements, load in and load out of the theater and shop, organizing and maintaining hardware and tools. Hanging curtains and replacing piping on fly sets.

Designing and crafting props and prop lists for 10 shows over a span of 2 months. Pulling props from stock, and purchasing and outsourcing props when needed. Managed a tight budget and facilitated purchases and returns. Delegated to two assistants and communicated needs and goals to the rest of the creative and production team. Completed repairs and answered rehearsal reports.

Helped all departments on set stay organized, set up and break down, I watched the star (a dog) while he was not in the shot and kept him entertained.

Created the daily schedule, kept the day on track so we ended on time or early, communicated with the Director and DP to make sure creative visions were able to be completed, organized extras and actors, maintained a positive and creative morale on set.
