-Responsible for taking customer orders off of the ShopRite website, selecting, packaging, and billing their orders, processing all forms of payment for orders, and prompt delivery of orders to customers. -Addressing issues, errors or any miscommunication between customers and the service, speaking on phone with customers, crediting orders, directing delivery drivers etc. -Loading SRFH orders from the website to the associates in store so they orders are able to be shopped -Maintains strict adherence to time sensitive orders and deadlines.
Summary
