Start up company so I wear many hats here. Assist the President along with aiding in production, cutting sizzles and working treatments. Manage heavy calendar, Office arrangements, etc.

Point person between studio execs/show runners/talent. Managed/ prepped story documents for daily episodic segments. Created/managed daily rundowns/timings. Served as both segment/ field producer. Affiliate relations liaison, produced affiliate copy. Executed Promotion vendor copy & reads. Worked directly w/ studio executives managed ad sale creative and integration schedule.

Booking VO talent, music licensing, cue sheets, posts, finishing Preps, over-cutting, setting up fibers and fiber records. Established new cue sheet and continuity shot list protocols. Worked closely with music director and clients on retrieving licensing info for music cues.

Worked as the direct liaison between the field PAs and Producers. Directed/informed other field PAs on daily duties, and managed the round the clock scheduling for the field production assistants; basic PA duties. Worked closely with cast members with scheduling, call times, appointments and prepping for on camera interviews.

Seg Prod/researcher Assisted Producers by researching & sourcing footage to help produce stories for show segments. Navigated different mediums Internet, breaking news reports and news articles. Formed relationships w/ police departments nationwide & worked with local stringers to obtain footage. Applied Lexis/Nexis program to locate unidentified parties in each clip.
