Responsible for writing, producing, managing and developing scripted features and television series. Projects include Writer/Associate Producer of TriDestined Studios and BET rom-com feature film, Throwback Holiday; Writer/Producer of Nferno Production’s comedy feature film, Identical Christmas; Creator of 10-episode TV drama series, Trap City, in development with digital platform Reign; uncredited Script Doctor for the Lionsgate and Codeblack film, Blood Brother, starring Trey Songz.

Responsible for producing, managing and developing creative scripted and non-scripted projects. Contributed to creative production using key skills such as writing, editing, graphics, film and video development, art direction, and creative brainstorms. Attended and assisted project pitches, sourced and attached appropriate creative talent, created pitch decks, and managed project production grid.

Reported to the Senior Vice President of Development, helping to manage the development process for ideas through internal generation, third parties and key network buyers. Pitched projects at network meetings, proposed new development project ideas, gave creative feedback, created presentations, wrote sizzle scripts, and took pitch meetings/talent generals. Shot, produced and edited casting reels. Cultivated and maintained relationships with talent, agents, managers and production companies. Tracked projects from inception through network delivery. Coordinated the hiring of freelance writers, directors, showrunners, DPs and editors, as needed. Initiated development deal memos, liaised with legal, finance and production for new projects. Analyzed current and emerging TV and network trends. Read third-party scripted submissions and liaised with the scripted division in the UK for further development.

“Love In An INSTAnt”, Sherman Oaks, CA. Wrote, produced and managed full cycle of production for short film from concept through completion. Directed on-camera talent for iPhone 5 shoot, coordinated run & gun shoot, logged footage, created graphics for final edit. Official Selection in 2014 New Media Film Fest.

Wrote, produced and managed full cycle of production for pilot presentation, from concept through completion. Directed on-camera talent, hired production crew for HD Canon 7D shoot, scouted and booked locations, coordinated run & gun shoots, and wrote field notes for post-production sessions.

Reported to SVP of On-Air Promos. Wrote copy for promotional TV spots for primetime programming; including creating concepts, writing scripts, researching and helping to develop new promotional ideas and concepts.

Wrote the screenplay and helped produce the short film “Thinking Blue”, which was created to raise awareness for neglected and abused children for the Kempe Foundation. Thinking Blue is a social cause platform created by the film's executive producer, Chris Christmas.

Wrote an original episode for the sitcom episode for the sitcom “Under One Roof” starring William “Flavor Flav” Drayton for Fox’s My Network TV.
