• Responsible for researching potential shoot locations and gathering information on these locations. • Responsible for creating flight grids and updating grids as flights and or days change. • Tracked potential flights to make sure there are enough available seats for cast/crew. • Fact checked all relevant information so that when host read said information on camera, it was accurate. • Created and maintained binders that executives carry through out shoot that contained information such as: clue copies, flight grids, flight itineraries, crew movement, leg flow charts. • Organized and maintained all media for country producers. This entailed storing and keeping track if all photos, audio, and video files.

• Coordinated with and provided support for story producer for an episode this season. • Worked on AVID and responsible for watching down footage and creating selects and stringouts for Story Producers

• Coordinated with and provided support for story producers and editors on multiple episodes throughout the season. • Worked on AVID and responsible for watching down footage and creating selects and stringouts for Story Producers • Searched footage for specific shots of products used in episodes essential for integration elements throughout the entire season.

• Work with AVID, Pilotware, and excel throughout the season. • Coordinated with and provided support for story producers and editors on multiple episodes. • Responsible for scrubbing through AVID and Pilotware to find any bits of dialogue or footage requested by producers and editors. • Responsible for creating multiple strings for episodes of Race and editing together small portions of challenges and tasks for editors and producers. • Sit in on episode screenings with executive producers and apply notes from screenings to episodes. • Responsible for searching for or obtaining any footage that a producer may want for an episode but may not have been shot or not in our system. (i.e. calling airlines for specific plane footage) • Translate any Spanish dialogue that may be needed.
