Overseeing day-to-day Operations, Development Shoots, and the Onboarding of New Show Production and Wrapout.

Tracking of all show’s milestones for network invoicing based on SVP’s payment plan negotiated with the Network. Tracking and Handling of all show payments for Talent, Participants and 3rd Party Vendors. Maintaining communication with all of the showrunners to ensure milestones have been met before payment release. Generating the PO’s for EIC and SVP approval. Handling all show’s General Liability and E&O insurance needs based on network specific requirements. Including insurance applications; generating production certificates; handling special insurance declarations (aircraft/watercraft etc); clearing Cast Insurance and dealing with Worker’s Compensation claims. Handling payroll for all show’s: Reviewing timecards for all show’s office staff; generating & reviewing all timecards for field crew based on production wrap reports; and, being the primary contact with payroll company. Performing basic Human Resources & Administrator duties. Including all Administrative Coordinator duties
