2nd AD for 1 day of pickups and promotional shoots.

Subbed as 1st AD for my friend who was the series' regular.

Generated call sheets/PRs, wrangled talent when my PA & 2nd2nd were spread thin, managed PAs/2nd2nd, maintained schedule, liaised with production and all departments, filled in for 1st on set when needed

I was assigned to wrangling Warcraft director Duncan Jones for day 1. Day 2 I wrangled all the foreign press. Day 3 I wrangled more press. Got my talent through the works and to each interview/promo on time.

Didn't have a 2nd AD, so I ran set, built call sheets, wrangled talent

I didn't have a 2nd, so I wrangled talent and built call sheets in addition to running set. We were pretty contained and had a very easy shooting schedule, so the whole shoot was a breeze. Got to actually give my director and DP time to nail some beautiful one-shot scenes.

I filled in for the previous 2nd AD for the final week of principle photography (he had to step away for another obligation).

Each cast member had a PA assigned to them to liaise between their team and production, to escort them to/from set, and to generally take care of them. I was assigned to Charlize Theron.

Built call sheets and PRs using Casper. Adjusted the schedule in Movie Magic. Ran set when 1st needed to step off. Managed 2nd2nd and PAs. Liaised with talent, production, and crew.

Did all the talent-wrangling of a 2nd2nd without the credit.

Kept production moving on a difficult shooting schedule with minimal staff and budget. It was a challenge, but I walked with the whole script in the can (or hard drive, rather).

I did some driving and set PA work, assisting coordinator and ADs as needed. Just day playing when the show needs me. I also spent a couple days as a "utility PA" helping out G&E.

Subbed for a friend for a couple of days in the office during pre-pro for the "movie" portion of the special. Ordered/picked up lunches, filled out insurance certs, and just assisted with whatever the coordinators needed.

Created the schedule, kept production moving on time during shooting, wrangled talent, liaised between director, DP, producer, and all department heads. Kept cast and crew morale high!

All sorts of regular PA duties for AD and Production, but I was also the dedicated PA for the challenge producers, so I did a lot of runs and random help for them.

I direct this very education children's web series, breaking down scripts from the writers, drawing up storyboards, directing cast and camera, and then seeing it all through post.

Help coordinate LA shoot as local for NY based company. Pick up rental vehicles, coordinate lunch orders, pick up/drop off cast and crew from LAX.

Assisted with the LA casting: working the outside lines; wrangling contestants as they came into auditions; the first line of defense, telling everyone the rules, giving out wristbands, and making sure minors were accompanied by guardians.

I just helped out around the office, learning their organization and shadowing some of the other PAs. I was filling in for a PA who was out in the field for the day. Hopefully this will lead to more work with JKL in the future.

The S7 PAs were rather green, so they asked me to come back for a few days to help oversee tech strike for the finale and help with load-out. I managed walkies, liaised between crew and production, was the face of production on stage, and wrangled the other PAs.

Ran prompter on a mirrored iPad rig with the iCue app. This round, our 1st AD was sick, so our 2nd filled in as 1st, and they had me fill in as 2nd AD in addition to my prompting duties.

General PA duties, runs, crafty shopping. It was a reality shoot, and they were talking to people on the street, so I was in charge of getting releases from everyone they interacted with on camera.

I ran the teleprompter, which consisted of two grouped iPads (one prompting, the other the remote). So I became rather familiar with the iCue and iCue Remote applications. I also assisted G&E with striking the set and wrapping out the location.

The DP was a one-man camera/G&E department, so I helped him all day: set up/strike lights, unload and pack up gear, set up/reposition monitor, set up green screen, and whatever else the DP needed.
