As a Post Production Consultant I worked for various companies to assist them to bring costs down, raise efficiency, and eliminate single points of failure in both post process and system integration. The scope of work was tailored for each client company to address their individual concerns and needs. For the majority of clients I evaluated their equipment, software, employees, and post process for both efficiency and cost effectiveness. Additionally I performed each of the following duties while working with individual clients: * Design entirely new post production process to shift a company from a "Live" environment to a "Taped" environment. * Assisted a new company to create a mock post department for budget and facilities purposes. This included all equipment and positions needed to run according to their specifications including a mock budget and schedule. * Evaluated existing post production processes and equipment and found over $100K in annual savings after a one week evaluation. * Designed a new post infrastructure to replace out dated hardware while retaining and utilizing remaining equipment.
