Booked/managed all travel/logistics for field crew/gear flying from multiple cities, managed budget for travel and production needs in the field, prepared receipts for office production team to reconcile. Created/distributed call sheets for each shoot day, completed crew time sheets, managed shoot schedule and sent nightly production reports.

Assist in the general set up and breakdown of our live stream in our studio at Production Central in Union Square, NY. General runs for crafty, specialty items, technical needs, etc.

Assisted Studio Associates, Tech Managers, Camera Operators, A2s and Lighting Directors with a variety of tasks. Most duties included jib assist during live programming out of multiple studios. Programs included Live Olympic Hockey on CNBC & USA, Olympic Coverage on NBCSN and Olympic Ice Wrap on NBCOlympics.com.

Sourcing supplies for a variety of challenges throughout the season; executing challenges in multiple filming locations; testing different challenges to determine work flow, troubleshooting potential difficulties, proving concepts behind challenge; working shifts as Challenge representative on floor during timed tattoos; setting different stations with appropriate furniture and equipment to be camera ready depending upon specific challenge.

Operated and drove a 22-foot Hertz truck with variety of production equipment. Assisted in all aspects of production including helping tech, lighting, audio crews load in and out of locations.
