The production assistant position involved providing support to other staffers in order to produce a quality show. Among my chief responsibilities on this production is ensuring show participants complete the required legal paperwork to mitigate liability should participants be injured during the course of production.

This position involves working with the senior supervising producer to prepare contestants ahead of their appearance on the show as well as helping ensure the crew is aware of how to implement aforementioned producer's vision.

The producer creates a 30-minute to hour-long newscast and leads a team to ensure a clean on-air execution of the show. This involves selecting stories and the order in which they will appear on-air, graphical elements and creative showcasing techniques, and supervising a team of anchors, reporters, and director.
