Gathered and organized all guest paperwork which includes: Covid 19 testing, appearance release and location agreements. Managed several areas of the show google drive to guarantee all documents are in their corresponding folders. Assisted production’s Covid 19 Compliance Officer in scheduling tests prior to guest set arrival.

Manage the production’s Google drive and Scenechronize software platform to ensure various aspects of it such as countersigned location agreements and deal memos are placed in correct folders as well as inputting costs in expense report. Conduct digital location research per episode after creative has been locked in.

Perform outreach to potential shooting locations and on screen talent.
