At the height of the pandemic, recruited by Disney+’s Creative Executive to showrun the 17-episode first season of the docu-style original series — owning the creative vision & leading the end-to-end execution of 48 segments highlighting various projects across The Walt Disney Company. • Built and led a team of three producer / directors, one story producer, and two associate producers — navigating the complexities of COVID-19 with the implementation of safe, efficient workflows & scheduling that enabled production without compromising creative. • Built relationships with Disney executives at 26 business units to identify & develop compelling segments for Season 1 — securing storylines & funding for a currently paused, yet forthcoming follow-up season.

Tapped to assume full responsibility for previous boss’s workload in an expanded content development role — sourcing & directing ten producers & vendor teams, conceiving a stream of content ideas, and bringing to life a slate of IP-amplifying digital & social content for 20+ shows. • Collaborated with partners like Shondaland, AMPAS, Warner Bros., and Sony to architect content opportunities from the ground up — creating, developing, and directing such series as a weekly retrospective talk show around the 300th episode of Grey’s Anatomy and producing the Emmy- nominated red-carpet experience for the 89th Academy Awards. • Approached by leadership to implement ideas & processes for remote shooting & production — enabling a consistent flow of content throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. • Seamlessly embedded social media marketers into each of ABC's productions — capturing previously- unseen on-set moments and transforming them into amazing shared fan / cast experiences, significantly elevating show page engagement.
