Screened submissions on Withoutabox, programed venue playlists on PlaybackPro, hosted filmmakers at the lounge, shot, edited, & collaborated on sponsorship media, filmed Q&A sessions with filmmakers, provided tech support for venues, troubleshooting for software & hardware issues, conducted and recorded interviews at red carpet and special events for archival & future promotion.

Arrived early to provide cast and crew with a morning snack, supported each department at various times of the shoot when assitance was required, aided set up and tear down, stayed after the shoot to ensure a speedy cleanup and provide additional help to the client.

Assisted in the conception of a live event segment for local news through: Filming coverage and interviews, conducting live interviews, using a GoPro for a simulated POV segment, handled equipment, and coordinated between the producer and cameraman for optimal event coverage.

Collaborated on organizing the set on the days of filming. Ensured that every department know current and impending duties, while assisting the director with moment to moment changes. Accommodated transitions over a month long period of weekend shoots.

Maintained the continuity of the script through collaboration with the cinematographer and director. Redressed each set for multiple takes while coordination breaks to minimize downtime for talent and maximize efficient use of the crew. Had a blast cutting up lettuce!

Worked with the producer to ensure the schedule would be manageable in the short shooting window. Organized every department towards a turn table that optimized product quality and timely completion of shots. Facilitated to the needs of the director and cinematographer to align with the script.
