Acted as Locations Manager & Production Manager in searching & locking in 7 locations called for in the script. I worked with vendors to manage all production rentals, vehicles, expendables & catering, secured our NYC Filming Permit/Parks Department permits. I mapped out our two-day shooting schedule & assisted the producer in managing the budget.

I assisted the Production Coordinator & Line producer with all in-office duties, including managing digital/physical files, handling morning paperwork of daily reports from the football, & organizing SAG paperwork. I sourced additional last-minute supplies & maintained strong communication with vendors about open rentals. I also acted as intern supervisor to 3 film students.

-Assisted the Production Coordinator, PM, & Line Producer in securing vender rentals & tracking all changes to orders. -Issued certificates of insurance & kept steady lines of communication between departments. -Assembled and organized Pre-Production book & wrap binder for the shoot -Went on office & set runs as needed.

Assisted the Production Coordinator & show Producers in locking down rentals, prepared paperwork for vendor orders, filled & maintained our purchase order log, issued certificates of insurance for vendors & locations, filed & digitally organized all important production documents to assemble the production wrap binder, as well as general office duties & office/set runs.

Assess production rentals including gear & vehicles, production scheduling, location scouting, managing the budget, hiring crew, location managing & on-set responsibilities as needed.

-Assisted Norwegian production team in scouting and obtaining locations and studios in New York. -Obtained all necessary filming and parking permits -Hired production assistants and managed them through gear pickups, returns, set construction and on-set duties.

-Assisted the producer in acquiring locations, including city permits and clearances for private properties -Cast numerous extras and featured talent & created talent schedules for each shooting day -Hired and managed production assistants

-Drove production vehicles to and from set -Assisted producers in location responsibilities and paperwork -Loaded in and reset all locations, kept the set clean, safe and organized. -Assisted talent as First Team PA -Assisted in other departments whenever necessary, including Art, Props and Sound Department.

-Assisted Norwegian cast and crew in filming a featured episode in New York, including: Acquiring all location permits, renting requested equipment and handling transportation between cities. -Organized daily schedule and call sheets. -Handled talent paperwork and releases

-Researched and developed new concepts for reality-based television shows. -Wrote scripts, one-sheets, and treatments and pitched them to producers for possible development. -Assisted on various reality shoots as a Set Production Assistant -Went on office runs whenever needed.

-Researched and followed trending news stories for possible coverage -Wrote tag-lines and titles, and proofread scripts, graphics and articles. -Maintained daily tape library. -Researched and logged new clips for master clip library -Went on office runs whenever requested

-Drove production vehicles for pickups/drop offs of gear -Acted as First Team PA -Made production runs for necessary supplies quickly and efficiently. -Loaded in each location & helped reset after filming was complete, including the removal of all gear, cleaning, and furniture rearranging. -Assisted in other departments whenever requested
