I managed all the actors making sure they knew where to be, at what time, in what outfit and got all of them to sign releases, NDAs, and contracts. Details

This post production company produced promos and trailers. I started as an AE, but over time moved up to editor status. I would independently work on trailers which would then be approved by the head editor. I screened and managed all of the media we got, acting as a librarian when someone was looking for a specific piece of footage. I used Avid to create promo layouts, rough cuts, and trailers. I did cut-downs of our 30 second promos for our most prominent client "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" turning them into shorter pieces. I also had administrative tasks in the office.
