+ Sourced all hero props with strict time sensitivities and limited budgeting, in a remote location for large items including passenger float planes, worksite heavy machinery, and completely customized cast wardrobe. + Responsible for all script and scene scheduling, revisions, continuity and completion. + Oversaw all cast and crew transportation and travel.

+ Primary talent liaison responsible for all script and shoot briefings, cast coordination, medical, scheduling, and travel. + Prepared all ACTRA and WGC contracts and riders including obtaining the necessary permits for non-union as well as non-Canadian residents.

+ Sourced and pitched potential experts to provide on camera commentary to Nat Geo network for pilot & series consideration. + Responsible for coordination of all shoot, load in and build schedules & assembly of call sheets. + Responsible for creative direction & approval of wardrobe.

+ Conducted interviews and field directed team biopacks. + Ran 2 of 3 challenge sets per day, keeping each set running on time. + Contributed to final call sheets & oversaw all revisions.

+ Heavy involvement in development of game play and fine tune of rules & regulations. + Wrote original trivia questions and researched answer sources. + Coordinated daily shoot schedules incorporating duration of game play probabilities.

+ Led green casting team, ran auditions, callbacks and coordination of talent & accomplice for all shoots. + Created application form and oversaw team outreach while monitoring all social media initiatives & their execution. + Wrote all copy and oversaw design & launch of casting website.
