Scheduled meetings, managed expenses, and coordinated domestic and international travel for SVP, VP, Director of Development, and Executive Producers. Helped facilitate press events (panels, screenings, and premieres), press check-in, and talent. Managed and tracked projects from conception and pitch through production. Gathered all submitted materials after pitch meetings, filed, and inputted into database through FileMaker Pro. Reviewed all materials, drafts, cuts, and organized internal team notes. Coordinated internal development meetings, agendas, and follow up items for West and East coast offices.

Worked with casting directors, managers, publicists, producers, and executives to set up meetings and auditions for over 70+ clients. Submitted, pitched, and tracked projects for clients. Managed day-to-day operations of the agency, as well as client’s needs. Utilized InEntertainment and Breakdown Express on a daily basis (call list, calendar, etc.).

Helped transport high level talent from talent holding to green room to stage.
