• Coordinated crew meals, scheduling, petty cash and expense reports for two weeks of overnight shoots • Negotiated prices and maintained budget for set cleaners, set assistance, vehicles, crew and external vendors • Oversaw set PA hiring and scheduling as well as vehicle responsibility • Managed all crew payment and paperwork • Assisted with permits and load-in/load-out • Coordinated with talent, assisted with all pre-show talent wrangling as well as all celebrity talent needs on set

• Create, submit and track travel & expense reports and purchase orders through SAP Market • Handled large volume of shoots for 10 months 6 times a week often shooting simultaneously at bicoastal locations in New York and Los Angeles - implemented seamless workflow with talent department for 140 celebrity guest talent collectively • Created, submit, and tracked all production expenses including invoices, travel and expense reports and purchase orders through SAP Market • Review weekly payroll for cast and crew, submit necessary corrections to finance, and set up new vendors and freelancers; worked with talent agents to ensure prompt payment for all talent • Generate and distribute call sheets, production calendars, and contact sheets for production teams
