At 21, I was in charge of pastry and garmongie. I prepared all cold food (salads, appetizers, etc) as well as preparing for the head chef. Filled two positions singlehandedly.

Over the years, I have worked in the dish pit, to prepping food, setting up and cleaning equipment, to running the pantry, and eventually helping run the kitchen itself.
