1. Set up drives, email accounts and casting accounts for the team. 2. Control and manage all accounts for the team. 3. Create templates for all paperwork i.e.: Pre-interviews, pitch sheets, title sheets, focus sheets, show break downs, still stores, booking sheets, blue cards, chyrons... etc. 2. Create and post advertisements to multiple social media platforms to find guests/stories. 3. Scan the potential stories and submit best potentials to Associate Producer and Producer. 4. Develop close relations with potential guests, gain their trust and cooperation while doing their booking sheet and recording all of their information. 5. Scanning for "Red flags" while booking. 6. Running a background check on all potential guests. 7. Filling out appropriate pages per each guest for the show and creating the show packet. 8. Receiving and submitting all necessary information for the arrangement of travel for the guests. 9. Being the main point of contact for the guests at all times. 11. Creating and filling out all papers and show packets. 10. Ensuring that all guests are aware of the procedures: how to dress, how to act, what the following steps will be, what interviews to be prepared for and how. ** As well as ensuring they arrive to the show safely: Wake up call, arrangements and being on the phone with guests as they go through the airport to ensure that everything is safe and sound. 11. Managing and recording the budget for my team. 12. Preparing all legal paperwork for each and every guest prior to their arrival: appearance agreement, guest release, materials release, per diem, lost wages... 13. Making all necessary arrangements for the show and guests: dentist appointments, polygraph tests, and other tests of the nature. ** If for a video package- rentals and set up for the video: location, releases, food, props, rentals etc. 14. The day of show- taking care of the guests and their needs as well as aiding producers in briefing guests for the show. Aiding in hair/makeup wardrobe decisions for the guests. 15. During the show- maintaining contact with guests while their are on stage- with cue-cards to make sure they stick to the story/plan. 16. After show- making sure all guests return home safe and sound. 17. Finalize all last details such as check requests, w9s, los wages, submit petty cash receipts and prepare for the next show. Other tasks have included: being a team player and proactive in times of desperation. Video editing when there was a lack of editors, photoshopping photos for teams and their shows, pulling personal connections (makeup artists/dentists/professionals and self/DIY) to aid the show in times of need. Coming up with ideas to overcome obstacles and lastly, stepping in to help my team when running behind.
