Oversee Program Sponsors, Vendors, and Volunteer Coordinators; hire of crew members; all operations (including set-up and tear-down of events) and vendor support; block captains and bike marshals; DOT and City Services working with the NYPD and securing safety of patrons attending events. In addition to coordinating all production aspects of this Area, also responsible for scheduling and training of all personnel working in the area.

Participate in the logistical planning of all aspects of production from setting up vendor accounts, insurance, contracts and payroll to overseeing the shooting on set to delivering the final video edit to clients.
