We started developing the creative at the beginning of the pandemic, put on hold and then regrouped in July. I worked closely with the EPs and creator to pitch ideas and concepts to sell to the network. I was responsible for all beat sheets and updating preliminary creative grid prior to Co-EP taking over. Worked with my AP to communicate with each department from culinary to art to make sure everyone had what they needed ready for the days episode. Worked the best we could within our " Covid pod" to make sure the crew, cast & production stayed as safe as possible and followed safety protocols.

Worked directly with EPs and supervising producer on creative. I was responsible with working with vendors and locations to pitch creative ideas and sell them on our ideas and their' inclusion. I worked with my AP to solidify plans for our episode, create beat sheets, track budget spending, and collect all necessary production paperwork. For the final episode at NYFW, I was responsible for inviting, plotting the seating chart and seating over 400 guests including Bravo executives, previous contestants and the fashion elite.

I worked closely with the EPs and rest of the challenge team to pitch creative and update our shared presentation with visual ideas and clever descriptions to sell our ideas to the EP's and then the network. I was responsible for beat sheets and rules for my episodes. I worked closely with the culinary team to flesh out challenge ideas and to make sure we had all ingredients in house and with the art department to make sure we had all gags and props standing by.

Worked with the casting department & cast to insure all final paperwork was in house, including contracts, artwork & releases. I was also responsible with on the floor story note taking, time codes and summaries for the story team.

As challenge AP I worked with directly with my challenge producer to create creative pitches, presentations, beat sheets, budgets and anything else to communicate our needs to each and every department. Worked with vendors and locations to secure trade-out deals, location agreements, materials releases and more. I made all judges cards for the runway shows, helped to bag, catalog and box each look & worked with the models to ensure their's and the garment's safety. Responsible for handing off all appearance releases, locations agreements, & materials releases to production.

Worked with vendors and locations to secure trade-outs, lock down filming logistics, and collect all necessary paperwork, sometimes very last minute. Worked directly with show runner to solidify creative and create reality moments based on the talents schedule and wants.

Barbie’s Mystery Box Challenge - branded content for Mattel As on floor producer I was responsible for “being” Barbie by reading her lines & asking story questions to the kid chefs during cook. I was also responsible for casting the 8 kid chefs & 3 alternates needed for the 4 episodes by outreach, digging through submissions & Skype interviews.

Simultaneously produced 6 out of the 10 talk shows running on the SVOD platform. From development pitches & pilots to pre-pro, on floor producing, behind-the-scenes to post, did it all. Worked with host & guest talent to develop segments, games, quizzes, talking points, & scripts. In the short 2-year period from launch, we completed a whopping 500hrs of content.

To develop concepts for influencer talent including top global beauty creator, Michelle Phan. Two concepts for Phan are TV formats currently being pitched to international buyers. Write scripts, Keynote pitch decks , Photoshop, and more.

Everything from creating production binders, illustrating, AD on shoots, set designer, talent, to creating pitch decks. Working with crew, vendors and brands to create the best possible content.

Worked within the casting department to coordinator the final round of Chef interviews. Arranged all travel for potential cast members for final meeting in Los Angeles. Helped to recruit chefs for new web series, Padma's Picks. Helped to collect all paperwork from contestants including contracts, agreements, releases & more.

Followed cast during competition and responsible for story notes, OTF interviews,and score keeping. Responsible for beat sheets, PowerPoint presentations, tracking budget, rules and typing story notes. Sourced or constructed props, wardrobe, and challenge maps.
