My overall responsibility was to conceptualize and execute the story arcs for each episode. I created beat sheets derived from scout footage and would oversee package, hidden camera, scout footage and behind the scenes edits in pre-production. In the field, I work with the talent and production team, to carry out beats and steer naturally occurring scenes into a cohesive story. I lead our 40-50 person production team, prepped and set up scenes, changed beats on the fly to adapt to the developing story-lines, managed/directed talent, conducted interviews and debriefs. After shooting, I work with the editors and story producers to mold and act out footage into a complete episode. I was also responsible for writing some copy for the Food Network website and cable menus.

Cast audience participants, prep contestants, developed and acquired prize packages with $25,000 budget and provided transportation for 35+ executives, producers and staff. Coordinated and executed the delivery of contestant winnings. Directly assisted the supervising producer during live shooting.
